Delivery Terms & Conditions

All parcels are dispatched within 5-7 days of your order being placed via Royal Mail. 

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number.

Damages & Loses 

If your parcel arrives damaged, you must notify me within 24 hours of the item being delivered with clear pictures of damage in order for me to investigate this further for you. 

If you do not receive your order and tracking shows delivered, the following process must be followed in order for me to help you further - 

You must obtain a crime reference number and contact myself with this immediately- this will allow us to do an investigation with the courier for your missing parcel. 

Willow's Wardrobe does not accept responsibility in the tracking of your order, please ensure you select a safe place for your order to be placed if you are not home. If our courier attempts to deliver, it is your responsibility to contact them to arrange another delivery. 

Failure to comply with these terms will result in Willow's Wardrobe not accepting any responsibility for any loss or theft.
