Refund Policy

If you would like to return your order, you must contact us within 14 days of your parcel being delivered. 

Your items must be sent back to the return address that we have stated in the same condition that they arrived in unworn and tagged.

Once we have received your items a refund will be issued within 3-5 working days.

Willow's Wardrobe will not be liable for any costs of carriage for the returned item.
